- Premium: For advanced ad campaigns
- Elite: For extensive ad campaigns
- Custom: For enterprise-level ad campaigns

b) Payment Terms:
- Subscription fees are billed monthly
- Payments are non-refundable
- Pricing tier adjusts automatically based on your monthly ad spend

4. Account Terms

You are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate account information
- Keeping login credentials secure
- All activities occurring under your account
- Ensuring compliance with Ad provider's terms of service
- Providing necessary access permissions for data extraction

5. Data Rights and Usage

a) Your Data:
- You retain ownership of your Ads data
- You grant us permission to collect and analyze your data
- You ensure you have necessary rights to share the data

b) Our Technology:
- We retain all rights to our proprietary technology, including:
  • MDP framework and algorithms
  • Deep reasoning models (O1 and DeepSeek R1)
  • Report generation systems
  • All other intellectual property

6. Service Usage Rules

You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer our AI models or algorithms
- Copy or redistribute our reports or insights
- Share account access with unauthorized users
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to bypass usage limits or billing

7. Service Availability and Support

We strive to maintain:

Our maximum liability for any claim arising from the use of our Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the previous month.

By using WriteConv, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
- All recommendations are generated by AI models and should be reviewed by human judgment
- Past performance does not guarantee future results
- You maintain full responsibility for your advertising decisions and campaigns
- Our Service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind
- You should maintain your own backup of critical campaign data

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify WriteConv against any claims arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Violations of these Terms
- Infringement of third-party rights
- Your Ads campaigns

13. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in:
- Our AI models and algorithms
- Our software and technology
- Our branding and content
remain exclusively with WriteConv.
